Amanda

Amanda Van Annan is a British‑American entrepreneur, producer, actress and author with a passion for empowering others. She forged her own path early on, studying acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute before launching a successful modelling career. Amanda appeared in major campaigns for brands such as Vidal Sassoon, Revlon and Ebel, then moved into film and television and founded her own production company, Great  Light  Entertainment, through which she produced documentaries including Jambo Jumbo and Equation of Change.

She has diversified into entrepreneurship by co‑founding beauty ventures Evolution Extensions, Elicina Europe and DNA  Hair  USA. Her book Win the Runway was recognised by LA Weekly as a guidebook for aspiring models, and she hosts a weekly podcast. Amanda also lends her expertise to philanthropic causes, working with non‑profits that support women’s education and partnering with organisations such as CAMFED and One Laptop per Child.

A University of Cambridge alumna, Amanda launched AYE Life Sciences in 2025, a beauty and wellness line. Through her leadership and her commitment to educating underprivileged girls, combating sex trafficking and promoting unity through the arts, she continues to inspire and uplift through every project she undertakes.
